Show at Guardino

I just wanted to share a few photos of the show I have hanging at Guardino Gallery for the month of July.  The opening was great.  There was a steady stream of people but not too much to get overwhelmed.  I didn’t even have to answer the same questions repeatedly. 

Composting results

Well I have great news and images to share of my latest composting batch.  I started this batch on April 20th and it has been cooking ever since.  I decide to construct a greenhouse like cooker to put the bundles in since the temp. in Portland is not too warm

pokeberry compost

I just set up a bundle to be composted with my last years harvest of pokeberry.  I figured out that I could freeze the berries so I dont have to waste any from the harvest each year.  Here are a few images of the process to get the bundle started.
