So I have been working away for my show in Sept. at Disjecta and I wanted to share some of my progress. This is a reproduction Canfield bustle from 1887. The last bustle to be advertised before they went out of fashion. I used a line drawing to recreate this beautiful feat of engineering. This bustle will be going under a lavish tea bag skirt that was made with over 1,400 used tea bags. Many of them were donated from Tazo.
